Rachel’s Kitchen Looks to Be Planning a New Location

The location on Sunset Road would be the local chain’s ninth

Local breakfast and lunch chain Rachel’s Kitchen appears to be preparing to expand to its ninth location. Permitting paperwork recently submitted to Clark County shows plans for a Rachel’s Kitchen at 8480 W Sunset Rd, just east of the intersection with South Durango Drive.

Rachel’s Kitchen offers a slate of breakfast choices (served all day) like the Breakfast Wrap (Scrambled eggs, bacon, cheddar cheese & tomatoes wrapped in a whole wheat tortilla, served with breakfast potatoes or fresh fruit salad), Avocado Toast, and Huevos Rancheros. A selection of salads includes the Cobb and the Chinese Chicken Salad (Grilled chicken breast, mandarin oranges, cucumbers, romaine lettuce, carrots, scallions & wontons tossed with our Chinese dressing).

Sandwiches are available on a choice of bread: ciabatta, French, wheat, sourdough, and gluten-free. They include Smoked Turkey & Avocado and the 440 Sandwich (Grilled chicken breast, goat cheese, avocado, roasted red peppers, roasted tomatoes & romaine lettuce).

To drink, Rachel’s Kitchen offers a selection of Juices and Smoothies like Sweet Greens Juice and the Açai Berry Smoothie.

What Now reached out on Saturday to Rachel’s Kitchen CEO Debbie Roxarzade. Roxarzade was not immediately available to comment on news of a new Rachel’s Kitchen on Sunset.
