According to paperwork recently submitted to the Las Vegas Planning Commission, another Sagos location is planned for an empty lot at 7606 Oso Blanca Rd. The company filed for an extension of time on the project.

Sagos Tavern’s menu is on the eclectic side, featuring not only familiar bar-food favorites but also an Ahi Poké appetizer, Chorizo Fries, and a slate of tacos and burritos. Also on offer is a breakfast menu and a selection of boozy shakes like the Luck of the Irish with Guinness, Bailey’s, and crème de menthe, and the Golden Night, with vanilla vodka, rum chata, and caramel sauce.

Main-event dishes include sliders (not only burger-style, but also in buffalo chicken and meatball varieties), sandwiches like the Prime Rib Pretzel Dip, and entrees like Chicken Or Steak Fajitas—not to mention Fish Tacos and a burrito with carne asada.

What Now Las Vegas was unable to reach owner Lorena Godfrey on Tuesday. No further information is available on the location’s progress toward an opening at this time.
