Opening at 3455 Arville St., next to Macy’s, Sea Salt Sushi & Oyster will be located in Chinatown just minutes from the Las Vegas Strip.

Sea Salt Sushi & Oyster offers all-you-can-eat sushi with an Asian-style buffet and has a full menu filled with soups and salads, small dish appetizers, grilled fish, and a wide assortment of sushi.

Sea Salt’s fresh oysters change with every season and the restaurant has fresh fish that are delivered daily.

Owner David Lee said he hopes to open the sushi restaurant in September. Lee recently opened Enza Ramen in Henderson and wants to continue to grow in the Vegas restaurant scene with a goal of opening 100 restaurants.
