Stephano’s is now gearing up to open its fourth location, this time at 5095 Blue Diamond Road. The restaurant is awaiting inspections and will be ready to open soon, a representative told What Now on Thursday.

Inspired by Greek, Armenian, and Lebanese cuisines, the menu features appetizers and spreads like hummus, baba ganoush, and tabouleh. Main dishes include Chicken Kebab, a Beef & Lamb Gyro Plate, and a Beef Shawerma Plate. Rice Bowls include the Falafel bowl (with rice, Israeli Salad, tahini, and pita), in addition to salads like the Original Greek Salad or the Veggie Kebab Salad, and a selection of pita wraps, which feature similar choices in pita sandwich form.

The Blue Diamond location is part of a cluster of food and drink spots between Edmond Street and South Decatur Boulevard. Nearby are eateries like Tacotarian, Bella Vita, and Sharky’s Modern Mexican Kitchen.
