Undertaken in partnership with TableOne Hospitality, The Sundry will have its own street entrance, housing two full-service restaurants and about 12 other concepts. It will open in a 20,000 square-foot space in early 2023.

Food and drink brands headed to The Sundry include Las Vegas’s own beignet brand Saint Honoré and barbecue brand SoulBelly BBQ, which Chef Bruce Kalman brought to the Las Vegas Arts District last year. Many other brands hail from the West Coast. Chef Dominique Crenn will open vegan taco, mezcal, and tequila spot La Madrina; and chef Shotaro Kamio will debut Mizunara, a sushi restaurant specializing in hand rolls.

Other concepts include Italian restaurant BarZotto, ice cream shop Smitten Ice Cream, fried chicken spot Kowbird, and (from the Meráki Greek Grill team) Kávos Coastal Greek Grill. Chef Ria Dolly Barbosa will open Petite Peso, a Filipino restaurant, and Lamill Coffee Boutique will open a new roastery location.

TableOn Hospitality is a partnership between Chef Michael Mina’s Mina Group, CEO Patric Yumul, and Highgate, a management company. Be sure to check back in with What Now for updates on the 2023 arrival of The Sundry, plus closer looks at some of the restaurants headed there.
