Paperwork filed recently with Clark County estimates a budget of $100,000 for a renovation at 10620 Dean Martin Dr, Suite 110. According to coverage by Eater Las Vegas, the Thick & Thin Treats brand is that of a “modern dessert and healthy juice bar.” No opening date has been announced for the project.

Crust & Roux, scheduled to open in Q1 of 2022, has garnered attention for its promised menu of “Pizza with Gourmet Toppings, Dessert Pies, and Pot Pies,” and its story as a labor of love. The project originated with Raven’s father, Christopher Raven, who begin the business in a small East Coast town, where “he served stories of his heritage, love of cultural foods, a fast Hollywood lifestyle, and stories about his only son with every single slice and pie.”

The location at 10620 Dean Martin Dr is in a building not far from the intersection with Cactus Ave, across the street from Volare, a luxury apartment building. Its commercial neighbors include apartment rental agency KAKTUSlife and Life Nail Bar.

What Now Las Vegas reached out to Lowell Raven on Tuesday afternoon. Raven was unavailable for comment.
