Third Las Vegas Nobu Location to Open at Paris Las Vegas

The Paris Las Vegas location will join Nobu Restaurants' roster of more than 45 locations worldwide

Chef Nobu Matsuhisa will open a third location of his eponymous restaurant Nobu at Paris Las Vegas early next year, according to coverage published yesterday in Eater Las Vegas.

Nobu Restaurants has 47 locations all over the world, in places as far-flung as Las Vegas, Barbuda, Milan, Riyadh, Kuala Lumpur. The menu for the hotel/restaurant location at Caesars Palace features a selection of cold dishes like the chef’s influential Yellowtail Jalapeño and Lobster Shiitake Salad, hot dishes like Black Cod with Miso and Scallops Truffle Butter Toban Yaki, along with tempura dishes, soups, and a wide variety of sushi selections.

The restaurant’s story is one of a star-studded partnership between the chef, actor Robert De Niro, restaurateur Drew Nieporent, and investor Meir Teper, who opened their first Nobu Restaurants location in New York. The first Vegas location opened in 1995 at the Hard Rock Hotel, and it has undergone renovations in concert with the resort’s transformation into Virgin Hotels.

The Nobu hotel at Caesars is planning a renovation of its own, to be completed before the end of the year.

Nobu will be opening at Paris Las Vegas in conjunction with another recently-announced dining location, Vanderpump à Paris, a lounge opened by celebrity Lisa Vanderpump as a followup to the success of her Vanderpump Cocktail Lounge venture at Caesars.
