“We’re probably looking like four weeks out,” Owner Tiffany Stiles told What Now Las Vegas.

Located in the 4900 block of Rainbow Boulevard, Stiles felt the Spanish Trails Center is an ideal home for her second location. Along with Dunkin’ Donuts, Frank’s Pizza Restaurant and other retail and restaurant businesses, the new TIABI will be in suite 140, according to an Instagram post from the commercial real estate developer.

“We’ve been looking for a while and wanted to be in a place that is pretty versatile,” she explained. “We love our neighbors in the Center and felt like that area has a lot to offer.”

While the coffee shop is a obvious draw for customers, Stiles felt it was the waffles that Spanish Trails Center shoppers are going to enjoy the most.

“Our waffles are 100% awesome, we have gluten-free options, waffle sandwiches, a waffle bar, build your own waffle options,” she added.

Stiles described it as a “different take on waffle.” Their coffee is roasted at a sister cafe and has its very own “signature taste.”

Originally from Guam and a graduate from UNLV, Stiles said, in response to a question she gets asked quite frequently, TIABI stands for To Inspire And Be Inspired.
