“We’ll be open in time for Christmas,” franchisee Grace Valentina told What Now on Tuesday.

Founded in South Korea in 1997, the “French-Asian-inspired bakery” has more than 1,650 locations worldwide. It first made landfall in the United States back in 2004 and has since grown to more than 70 locations stateside.

Tous Les Jours’ wide variety of baked goodies includes cakes like its Earl Grey Latte Cake and Triple Delight Coffee Cake; bread and pastries like Taro Buttercream Bread, Red Bean Bread, Spinach Feta Danish, and Pain Au Chocolat; and light meals like the B.E.L.T. Sandwich and Avocado & Turkey Sandwich. Macarons and other sweets are also available.

The bakery also offers coffee and tea drinks and smoothies, with coffee choices range from familiar espresso beverages to specialty drinks like the Ube Latte or Iced Tiramisu Latte. The tea and smoothie selection includes the Mango Smoothie, the Strawberry Latte, London Fog, Iced Milk Tea, and more.

What’s next for the brand here in Las Vegas? Valentina confirms that more Tous Les Jours locations are in store for Vegas but has declined to comment further.
