Town Square is one of the best non-casino hangouts Las Vegas Boulevard has to offer. There’s something for everybody, from shopping to dining and entertainment. But there’s been one thing missing, and it’s something that’s oddly missing all over Vegas: a good cigar lounge.

“I come from Rhode Island, where there are cigar lounges all over the place,” Jared Bisordi, co-owner of Town Square’s upcoming Triple Crown Cigar Lounge, told What Now on Thursday. “I’ve been coming out here for years, and there’s one in Summerlin, and a few on the Strip, but not really anything else.”

Triple Crown Cigar Lounge is Bisordi’s first in Las Vegas. It will feature state-of-the-art air filtration, providing a pleasant, relaxing, and unintimidating (read: welcoming to women, not just an old boys’ club) atmosphere for a cigar, a drink, and the game.

“Of course, we’re on the West Coast,” Bisordi said. “So sports games are done around ten. So after ten, we’ll turn off the TVs and bring in a lounge singer.”

Triple Crown expects to cater to locals and people who want to avoid the bustle and over-expensiveness of its on-the-Strip counterparts. This will also allow it to focus on the product:

“Our humidor is going to be the biggest on Las Vegas Boulevard,” Bisordi said.

Triple Crown Cigar Lounge is expected to open in March.
