The Las Vegas Valley will soon be home to two new locations of the burgeoning fast casual chicken chain Super Chix, with one restaurant opening on Craig Road next to an upcoming Pinkbox Doughnuts and another opening on Stephanie Road in Henderson. The Henderson location is expected to open first.

Super Chix serves a broad menu of chicken dishes including fried chicken, a variety of hot chicken sandwiches, and Korean barbecue with slaw alongside fresh-made hand-cut fries available in salted, sweet, cajun, or rosemary-seasoned form, to be topped with one (or more) of eight different sauces. Guests can then finish with the restaurant’s famous custard.

“I fell in love with the brand,” franchise owner Nate Houston told What Now Las Vegas in a Wednesday afternoon phone conversation. “There are a lot of great chicken brands, but ours gives you the ability to reach out across generations. The food is amazing, and when I think about a brand that will still be around in twenty years, I think Super Chix is that brand.”

After a long search, the two locations—at 1300 Craig Rd and 470 Stephanie Street—were secured with representation by commercial broker Andrew Fehrman.

Houston expressed enthusiasm about each of the locations. “There’s tons of housing, tons of good, healthy businesses, rooftops, and so on. That’s what really drives us.”

Houston said he expected to see between 5 and 7 Super Chix locations to open in the area “relatively quickly,” with a long-term goal of 12 to 15.
