UnCommons continues to fill out its roster of food and drink destinations. “Coffee houses have always been about embracing their local community and connecting with those who live and work in it,” owner and founder Kyle Cunningham said in a press release. “Whether you’re enjoying a great meal with friends or popping in for grab-and-go items before work, The Coffee Class will be a welcoming place to visit with the exceptional food, drinks and service our guests have come to expect.”

At UnCommons, The Coffee Class will offer “premium coffee, paninis pastries, and more” in a comfortable 1,200 sq.-ft. space. The location currently operating on S Eastern Ave offers food choices that include a Quiche of the Day, Chef Beth Ryan-Small’s Baked Crème Brûlée French Toast, and a Ham & Fig Panini, plus the coffee chain’s slate of popular elevated lattes and other coffee drinks.

How will the UnCommons Coffee Class compare to S Eastern location?

“Our Uncommons location will be designed to fit the aesthetic of the Uncommons experience,” Cunningham told What Now Las Vegas in an email conversation on Wednesday. “We expect to go with slightly darker color schemes, Emerald Greens, Glass Tile, Hardwood herringbone floors.”

And will these variations carry over to the menu? Dishes projected in today’s press release include fresh-baked croissants, seasonal scones, and savory pastries—plus a sizable vegan menu, including some rather sumptuous-sounding biscuits with Impossible sausage gravy.

“Every The Coffee Class location will have a special personality and some special menu and drink choices specific to that location,” Cunningham said. “We are excited to bring our guests’ favorites to every location but with a spin.”

“Founded locally, The Coffee Class has created a unique niche in the community through the attention and care they give to everything from carefully crafted coffees to their extraordinary house-made pastries,” Matter Real Estate Group Partner Jim Stuart said in the press release. “We are thrilled to welcome The Coffee Class to UnCommons and to southwest Las Vegas.”

The Coffee Class is expected to open at UnCommons this fall.
