A Facebook post states the opening was postponed due to “unforeseen circumstances.” A building permit for tenant improvements was filed last week, so some renovations may be needed before the restaurant can open to the public.

Vitos Tacos owner Victor Gonzalez began offering dishes in Las Vegas back in 2020. The menu includes tacos, quesadillas, and burritos with slow-cooked beef or chicken. New menu items will be offered at the brick-and-mortar restaurant including breakfast items.

Other menu items include Birria Ramen with slow-cooked beef and broth, Japanese noodles,  onions, and cilantro, and Mulita with slow-cooked beef, two corn tortillas, mozzarella cheese, onions, and cilantro.

Gonzalez told What Now Vegas he hopes to open in mid-March and plans to open a second food truck shortly after opening the restaurant. The restaurant will allow more space to produce food for both trucks.

The restaurant will be located at 7380 S. Eastern Ave., Ste. 118, Las Vegas, NV 89123. Vitos Tacos will continue to operate its food trailer at different locations across the area once the restaurant opens to the public.
