Azra Center, the business center located on the northeast corner of North Lamb Boulevard and East Washington Avenue, next to East Las Vegas Family Park, appears to be the future home of a new Wingstop. A work permit was issued in July by the City of Las Vegas for a Wingstop location at 4440 E Washington Ave #111.

With more than 2,200 locations worldwide (including countries as far-flung as Mexico, Indonesia, France, and the United Arab Emirates), Wingstop has made a name for itself not only for its wings but for its sauces, which laid out across a sliding scale allowing you to perfect your spice levels.
A recent report from CNBC shows that Wingstop has not faced the same slowdown seen in the last few quarters by chains like McDonald’s and Starbucks. CEO Michael Skipworth suggests in the coverage that the link between the brand and sporting events has been key.
“We have a huge opportunity to close the gap to brand awareness and other national brands, and we’re continuing to chip away at that,” Skipworth told CNBC.
CNBC further suggests the secret may lie in the brand’s relatively mild price increases in recent years.
“Since 2019, Wingstop has only raised its prices by about 15%, while its quick-service peers fell in the 30% to 40% range, according to an analyst note published by BTIG on July 31,” the coverage says.
As growth continues, an Azra Center location now looks to be entering the construction phase. Launching at the business center, it would join restaurants like Durango Taco Shop, Tacos El Guero, and Roberto’s Taco Shop.
