Launched in Las Vegas more than ten years ago by owners Tim Nguyen and Laina Vo, Hot N Juicy Crawfish has grown considerably, opening restaurants all over the country, in states as far-flung as California and Virginia. The wait for the chain’s fourth Las Vegas location, at the Downtown Grand Hotel, is almost over. A permit was filed by Clark County in February for construction at the 206 N 3rd St hotel.

Hot N Juicy Crawfish offers seafood by the pound, including “not just any crawfish, but the kind of crawfish that will keep you awake at night wondering when you can get some more,” plus Dungeness, green mussels, blue crab, shrimp, lobster, and more. Seafood comes in seasoning varieties like Louisiana, Juicy Cajun, Garlic Butter, and Hot N Juicy, with spice levels ranging from Baby Spice to Extra Spicy.

The menu also features Two Handed Po Boys with crawfish, catfish, shrimp, or chicken tenders, as well as fried baskets with fried soft shell crab, shrimp, and catfish, chicken tenders, and chicken wings. For dessert, decadent fried brownies.

What Now Las Vegas was unable to reach Tim Nguyen for comment this week. The precise opening date remains unknown.
