Wynn Las Vegas is gearing towards reopening its renowned all-you-can-eat Buffet on Thursday, July 1st. The revitalized menu will offer all of the old favorites as well as enticing new recipes from Executive Chef Jason Duarte.

At the Wynn Las Vegas Buffet, guests will be able to indulge in breakfast, lunch or dinner. The menu will cover all of your sweet and savory cravings across its 16 food stations, including a new eggs Benedict station that offers prime choices like Lobster Benedict and Salmon Lox Benedict. The Mexican station will feature traditional dishes such as Chicken Mole, Mexican Street Corn, and Green Chile & Cheese Tamales; and the Southern Italian station will offer nostalgic, homemade classics like Grandma’s Baked Meatballs and Lasagna alla Bolognese. For dessert, guests can treat themselves with Fresh Crepes that are made upon request with toppings like peach or strawberry syrup, bananas, and Nutella.

The Buffet will be open Thursday through Monday from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. for breakfast, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. for brunch, and 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. for dinner. Weekend brunch will be available from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Guests will be able to make reservations ahead of time and pay directly at the table for added convenience.
