A representative of Chip franchisee Thomas Bayles confirmed news of the opening at Silverado Ranch Plaza with What Now this week. More information is not yet available on the opening, but What Now is awaiting further details.

Chip Cookies offers a rotating selection of cookie varieties: this week’s flavors included Red Velvet Chip, SW Chip, Sugar Chip, OG (meaning chocolate chip). The brand also offers nationwide shipping of its cookies, which is how it got its start.

“Chip is the original gourmet cookie delivery company,” says the Chip website’s About page. “The idea was born out of pregnancy cravings. Sean and Sarah were pregnant with their first born, Zoe Jane, and cravings for warm gooey chocolate chip cookies in the middle of the night were a frequent occurrence. Instead of just baking cookies, Sean went to work on a business plan that would deliver warm, gourmet cookie directly to your door. As a family they have built chip cookies out of love and a desire to deliver happiness, one cookie at a time.”

Opening in Silverado Ranch Plaza, Chip joins brands like Krispy Kreme, Freed’s Bakery, and Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers.
