“You could say Catering is in my blood,” says the Lisa Marie’s Kitchen website. “Not only have I been in the food biz since I was fifteen…  I come from a family that has been catering for generations. In their younger days, my Grandmother and Great Aunt cooked and fed countless ranch hands, caballeros and migrant workers throughout California and Texas. I have Aunts, Uncles and cousins distant and close that keep this tradition alive.”

Lisa Marie’s Kitchen has offered catering menus in themes like La Hacienda (featuring grilled carne asada and grilled chicken), Surf & Turf, Pacific Rim, and Italian Comfort (featuring Spaghetti with Meat Sauce and Chicken Pesto Pasta).

Now, licensing paperwork submitted recently to Clark County shows plans for a Lisa Marie’s Kitchen restaurant at 6825 Speedway Blvd, Suite B101A, in the space formerly occupied by Mo’s Race Day Cafe, near the Las Vegas Motor Speedway.

Plans for a “brick and mortar casual restaurant” were announced in late 2023 on the Lisa Marie’s Kitchen Facebook page. What Now reached out to Solis on Friday to inquire about plans for the brick-and-mortar restaurant. Solis was not immediately available for comment.
