A new wine-focused restaurant looks to be opening at Boca Park. Liquor licensing paperwork was submitted by HUKL Sunny LV LLC for a concept called Ciao Vino, opening in the building at 740 S Rampart Blvd, in suites 8, 9, 10, and 11.

Apart from the name (which hints at wine and Italian food) and the considerable size of the space, little information is available yet about Ciao Vino. What Now reached out on Friday to Lupe Avila, VP of Culinary Operations at HUKL Investments. Avila declined to comment on the project at this time.

In addition to a variety of other business, the HUKL Investments portfolio includes several hospitality concepts. These include Sunny Side Up (“a northwest Las Vegas breakfast and Lunch restaurant chain that focuses on high-quality menu items that utilize the freshest ingredients”) and La Madre Canyon Grill (“La Madre Canyon Grill is a distinctive dining concept thoughtfully crafted to harmonize the sophistication of elevated dining, the genuine hospitality of a family-friendly establishment, and the sheer bliss of comfort cuisine”).

Opening in the 740 S Rampart Boulevard location, Ciao Vino would join a food and drink community that includes concepts like Grimaldi’s Pizzeria, Sambalatte, the Cheesecake Factory, and Panera Bread.
