“Scissors & Scotch is a combination of upscale barbershop and craft cocktail bar, or as we like to put it, the grooming experience every man deserves—where traditional barbering and modern spa services meet your favorite watering hole,” says a justification letter submitted with the paperwork. “Our clients are invited to sit back, relax, get groomed, then enjoy a cocktail, coffee, or cold one in our lounge.”

Drinks on offer would include draft, canned, and bottled beers, spirits, and cocktails, along with non-alcoholic beverages like water, coffee, and soft drinks. “Pre-prepared food items,” along with chips, nuts, and other pre-packaged snacks will also be on offer.

Opening at Tivoli Village, Scissors & Scotch would join a hospitality community that includes restaurants like Leone Cafe, Ada’s Food + Wine, Milkcow, and Al Solito Posto.
