With more than 175 locations across the country, Las Vegas’s own Capriotti’s Sandwich Shops is becoming a major contender in the sandwich space. As growth continues nationwide, the chain looks to be planning its next move in the Las Vegas Valley: licensing paperwork submitted recently to Clark County by the company shows a new location planned for 7720 Las Vegas Blvd S.

Capriotti’s serves subs like the Capastrami (hot pastrami, Swiss cheese, Russian dressing, and coleslaw), the American Wagyu Cheese Steak (ultra premium American Wagyu beef from Snake River Farms, melted white American cheese, fried onions, and hot or sweet peppers), and the Bobbie (homemade turkey, cranberry sauce, stuffing, and mayo). The chain’s sandwiches include Homemade Turkey and Homemade Tuna.

There are also a selection of salads, and, for vegetarian and vegan diners, plant-based protein options.

Opening at the intersection of South Las Vegas Boulevard and East Robindale Road, a new Capriotti’s would join restaurants like The Bootlegger Italian Bistro and Black Bear Diner, just south of Las Vegas South Premium Outlets.

What Now reached out on Thursday to Capriotti’s Chief Restaurant Officer Michael Meche to inquire about plans for the new location. Meche was not immediately available for comment.
