The project appears not to have panned out, however, as recent licensing paperwork submitted to Clark County by Jay Maharaj LLC shows a dual-brand Foxtail location opening at the same address, 9490 W Russell Road, Unit 101, this time in tandem with yet another Sunshine-State brand, Swine & Sons.

Foxtail’s menu features coffee drinks ranging from brewed coffee and cold brews to espresso drinks like the classic Caffe Latte, along with a selection of food offerings that have included bagel and croissant breakfast sandwiches, quiches, and more.

Swine & Sons, on the other hand, is a “Michelin-recognized counter service restaurant and caterer located in historic Winter Park, Florida and Orlando’s Milk District.” It offers a menu featuring “variety of Southern-inspired bites, scratch-made sammies, burgers, and sides for breakfast, lunch and dinner, or as we say, all dang day.”

What Now confirmed news of the opening with Foxtail franchisee Hardik Shah this week. The franchisee and his team have declined to comment further on the Foxtail launch just yet, but What Now is awaiting more information.
