Salad & Go is gearing up for a big rollout in Las Vegas. News of planned locations have emerged in the last few months, with sites all over the city.
The brand has a streamlined drive-thru-focused approach, with small-footprint locations that forgo dine-in seating. Recently submitted work permit paperwork indicates another location may be planned at 4915 Blue Diamond Road, in Blue Diamond Decatur Plaza.
Salad and Go’s menu features nine different salads, including Cobb, Caprese, Greek, Buffalo Chicken, and Jalapeño Ranch. These same combinations can also be ordered as wraps. Topping this off is a selection of breakfast burritos, which include varieties like Traditional, Fiesta, and Southwest.
Opening as part of Blue Diamond Decatur Plaza, the location would be part of a highly-developed area in terms of food and drink. Nearby eateries include Oming’s Kitchen, The Great Greek Meditteranean Grill, Bella Vita, The Meltdown, and Carl’s Junior, to name only a few.
