WaBa Grill, one of the nation’s leading healthy rice bowl chains, announced its debut in Nevada – the brand’s third state – with the opening of its Henderson location. The new restaurant is owned and operated by longtime WaBa Grill multi-unit franchisee Raj Sangha of Dhindsa Group of Companies and first-time franchisee Fernando Escobedo. Sangha and Escobedo have exclusive rights to develop WaBa Grill in Clark County and anticipate opening as many as 10 restaurants in the area. The new WaBa Grill is located off the well-trafficked St. Rose Parkway on the border of Henderson and Paradise.

As WaBa Grill celebrates expansion into its third state, with more new markets on the horizon. WaBa Grill has long been known for its better-for-you options packed with fire-grilled proteins, healthy grains, and fresh vegetables. Protein choices include fresh, never frozen chicken, marinated ribeye steak, wild-caught salmon, jumbo shrimp, 100% plant-based Plantspired steak and organic tofu. Guests may customize any entrée with a variety of flavorful sauces, including the fan-favorite WaBa sauce. Hearty and healthy options range from bowls, plates, salads and the brand’s latest addition, Boom Boom Tacos.
Following a successful 2023, WaBa Grill is adding more than a dozen locations to its development pipeline in new and existing markets. The healthy-bowls brand is on pace to open over ten locations in 2024 and is expected to surpass the 200-restaurant milestone before year’s end. To further grow its footprint throughout the Western U.S. this year, WaBa Grill will expand in existing markets in California, Arizona and Nevada – and soon will make its debut in Dallas, Texas.
WaBa Grill’s Henderson restaurant is located at 3458 St. Rose Parkway, Suite 4. The restaurant is open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
