With more than 800 locations, Bojangles is a Southern favorite, serving up comfort-food offerings that include sandwiches like the Bo’s Chicken Sandwich and biscuit sandwiches like the Cajun Chicken Filet Biscuit, the Steak Biscuit, and the Country Ham Biscuit.

The 9210 S Rainbow Blvd location will be the chain’s first store west of Texas, News 3 LV reported.

The opening is part of a 20-unit agreement signed with LV Petroleum to launch Bojangles locations all over the Las Vegas Valley. And there are already signs of further locations planned in various spots. The Las Vegas Review-Journal has reported on plans for a new Bojangles going before the Henderson Planning Commission. And now, building permit paperwork has been submitted to Clark County showing a Bojangles planned for 1555 E Flamingo Road.

The location would open between Tamarus and Spencer Streets, joining a restaurant community that includes Buffet at Asia, Bar Code Burgers, Hamburger Mary’s, and Blueberry Hill.
