Offering “the Best Birria in Las Vegas” at 2668 N Las Vegas Boulevard #102 in North Las Vegas, Birria Rinconcito Jalisco is preparing to expand to a second location. The brand’s new birrieria will open at 6020 W Craig Road #130.
Rinconcito Jalisco’s menu includes “Everyone’s favorite Queso Taco in Las Vegas;” a Torta Ahogada “packed with carnitas” in which you can “watch as flavors collide in a symphony of spice and satisfaction!”; and the trendy birria ramen, with which you can “savor the flavor of ramen in our delicious birria and consommé!”
Opening at the intersection of North Jones Boulevard and West Craig Road, the new Rinconcito Jalisco will join a restaurant community that includes Great Links Brewhouse & Grill and a variety of fast and fast-casual brands like Starbucks and Dunkin’.
What Now reached out on Tuesday to co-owner Cesar Castro to inquire about plans for the West Craig Road–North Jones Boulevard rollout. Castro was not immediately available for comment.
