National homebuilder Century Communities over the weekend officially opened its 1,700-acre Skye Canyon development which is home to Skye Mesa Collection I and Skye Mesa Collection II, according to a press release.
Combined, the new communities bring 164 new homesites to Skye Canyon, with six single-family floor plans. Amenities include multiple parks, a nearly 10,000 square-foot fitness center, and an outdoor pool.
“We’re thrilled to expand our offerings at Skye Canyon, one of Las Vegas’ premier planned communities,” Robb Beville, Century Communities’ Nevada division president, said in the release. “Skye Mesa represents a great opportunity for homebuyers who have been looking to find the perfect fit at this exceptional location.”
Sky Mesa homes are available in two-, three-, and four-bedroom options, with the largest floorplan clocking in at just over 2,300 square feet, at 10179 Tree Blossom Avenue.
The Colorado-based company operates in 17 states across the U.S., and offers title, insurance, and lending services in select markets through its Parkway Title, IHL Insurance Agency, and Inspire Home Loan subsidiaries.
