Just southwest of the intersection between South University Center Drive and East Twain Avenue, micro food court concept Collective Restaurants is preparing for an opening. Licensing paperwork recently submitted to Clark County indicates the restaurant will open at 860 E Twain, Ave., in suites 114-115. That space was formerly occupied by Zette’s Market/Caribbean & American Food.

What Now confirmed news of the opening with a representative of Collective Restaurants on Wednesday. The representative described the project as a “micro food court” that would encompass a variety of cuisines.

Upon opening, Collective Restaurants will offer foods like burgers, wings, and hot dogs, with more foods (like juices, smoothies, and more) to be added later. It will be the perfect place for when you can’t quite decide on what to eat.

The location on Twain’s Avenue is situated near Twain Gardens, a hotel, and Santiago’s Taco Shop, just across South University Center Drive from The Twain Center, a small retail center that is home to eateries like Tacos Los Toritos and Philly Freeze Me.
