Headed up by entrepreneur Ryan Doherty, Corner Bar Management has created unforgettable Las Vegas nightlife destinations like Commonwealth, The Laundry Room, and Peyote, along with—more recently—other Downtown destinations like Cheapshot and the nightclub-meats-ice-cream-shop experience We All Scream. The company is now moving on to something more exclusive: a private social club, called Doberman, opening in the Arts District.
Little has been revealed yet about Doberman (a recent press release says revelations are imminent), but some details are already available:
“Doberman will be thoughtfully designed with a cool, steady atmosphere to cater to every mood; from hushed nooks for quiet contemplation to a vibrant lounge with live performances and whimsical surprises,” says the press release. “Crafted cocktails, pulled from a library of over 100 spirits, will be expertly tailored to individual tastes. Hosts will provide concierge-like service, ensuring a flawless outing, within or beyond Doberman’s confines. Doberman’s environment will be shaped by intentionality, with a reservation requirement and select allowances for walk-in guests.”
The press release also specifies that membership at Doberman will not be based on social status or private connections: rather, an online application featuring “questions about personalities, passions, and pursuits” will be drive the process. You can already apply here.
“Spanning 3,400 square feet, Doberman will feature heavy woods, luxurious booths, semi-private seating, and chairs to settle into,” says the release. “An atrium garden throughout and ornate details will complement the dimly lit decor, offering a 19th-century sensibility.”
