Local fast-casual Mexican chain Don Tortaco is preparing to launch its twenty-seventh location, this time in Henderson. The new location is opening at 758 S Boulder Highway, according to the Don Tortaco website.
“Don Tortaco is a fast-food Mexican Restaurant chain offering quick, affordable, and authentic recipes in a casual walk in atmosphere,” says the brand’s site. “Don Tortaco Mexican Grill is set up more like a traditional Mexican Taqueria, with an order counter, and salsa bar allowing the opportunity to serve Dine-In & Take-Out orders keeping the prices fair and providing high quality, low-cost product.”
The menu features favorites like burritos, tacos, quesadillas, tortas, and more, served up with proteins like Beef, Chicken, Carnitas, Carne Asada, Adobada, and Lingua. There is also a selection of Combination Plates, offering you a choice of your favorite items, served with rice and beans.
The Boulder Highway location is part of the retail center situated on the intersection with North Major Avenue. That retail center houses restaurants like Bourbon Street Casino and Pizza Hut.
