“We plan to open in June,” Owner Alejandro Orozco said.

Adjacent to the Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, Paradise Esplanade has close proximity to the Las Vegas Strip, UNLV campus, the Las Vegas Convention Center, T-Mobile Arena, and Allegiant Stadium as the shopping center provides an ideal location for the franchise.

Paradise Esplanade reportedly sees approximately 95,000 cars per day.

“With the university close by and being near The Strip I think we will do really well with to-go orders,” Orozco added.

He confirmed that the new restaurant will be part of the barbeque spot’s new ‘Quick-Que’ format, which will provide the same fan-favorite BBQ fare Famous Dave’s built its name on but faster and more efficiently, providing a quicker, smoother experience for customers.

He said he’s looking at further expansion in North Vegas.

With smokin’ appetizers, award-winning ribs, famous feasts, and more, Famous Dave’s allows diners to build their own feast.

Famous Dave’s will be opening in a 2,600 square-foot space, according to Orozco.
