Former owner Steve Perrault sold Las Vegas classic Farm Basket to William Bayne, Steve Cook, and Kerry Walters back in 2018, and since then, the brand has been working to expand its footprint here in its Vegas hometown. It has opened a second location and has recently submitted work permit paperwork for a third, this time at 9435 S Rainbow Blvd. in Enterprise.

“We’re excited to keep expanding in the valley and bring Farm Basket back to the community,” Bayne told What Now on Tuesday.

Farm Basket offers a variety of takes on chicken and turkey, with a menu built in large part around two branded sandwiches—the Clucker Sandwich (fried chicken) and the Gobbler Sandwich (fried turkey)—and chicken-stuffed tacos called Clucketos. The menu also features meals like Chicken and Waffles and the Turkey Steak Dinner, along with a number of fried chicken combos to feed the whole family.

At roughly 2,500 square feet, the Rainbow Boulevard location will be a bit more spacious than Farm Basket’s current locations, seating about 60 guests, Bayne said. Opening on the southwest corner of the intersection with West Meranto Avenue, Farm Basket will join nearby eateries like Napoli Pizza & Restaurant and the Broken Yolk Cafe.
