Just south of the intersection between South Rainbow Boulevard and Blue Diamond Road, Napoli Pizza and Restaurant is planning a third location. The pizzeria chain, which currently has outposts at 4760 W Sahara and 6121 W Lake Mead, announced the opening in a recent Facebook post.
Napoli’s menu opens with appetizers like quesadillas, bread sticks, jalapeño poppers, fried ravioli, and more. The brand’s pizzas come in varieties like Alfredo, Buffalo Chicken, Greek, the Napoli Special (with pepperoni, bacon, black olives, feta cheese), and the Mexican Style pizza (with pepperoni, beef, chorizo, jalapeños, onions, and cilantro).
That only scratches the surface of Napoli’s menu, however. Hot and cold sandwiches like the Eggplant Parmigiana and the Philly Cheesesteak Bomb; burgers; pasta dishes like Ravioli Bolognese and Fettuccine Primavera; and a full rack of ribs complete the picture. (No: actually, we forgot to mention salads, wings, soups, and desserts like baklava and strawberry cheesecake.)
What Now reached out to a representative of Napoli Pizza for comment on Tuesday. The representative declined to comment on the news.
