“This is just one of two locations the company expects to open this year,” the coverage says. Owner Rosalinda Flores “tells What Now San Diego that she hopes to open a second location in Las Vegas by the end of the year.”

The Sayulitas menu has featured favorites like the Sayulitas Burrito (shrimp, bacon, rice, lettuce, Mexican salsa, guacamole, chipotle sauce, and grilled cheese), the Hot Cheetos Burrito (carne asada, Hot Cheetos, nacho cheese, guacamole, and sour cream); and the Tocino Burrito (marinated sweet pork, guacamole, cheese, sour cream, Mexican salsa, and fries).

Rosalinda Flores was not immediately available on Friday to discuss plans for a second Las Vegas Sayulitas. The location of the second restaurant has not yet been revealed, but stay tuned as more information becomes available.
