As a food truck, Sista Kim’s offered a soul food menu that features Po Bois (with shrimp, fish, or both), the fan-favorite Loaded Fries, and a selection of burgers, plus chicken wings and chicken strips with choice of sauce: Hot, BBQ, Lemon Pepper, Parmesan, or the brand’s signature Sweet Heat.

This menu will remain at the new location, a representative of the restaurant told What Now on Monday. To it will be added a slate of vegetarian choices, plus weekly specials, which will also cater to plant-based eaters.

Situated between East Sahara Avenue and East Karen Avenue, the retail center is home to a wide variety of local restaurant brands. These include Korean barbecue restaurant Chong, Nigerian Food Las Vegas, Mexican restaurant La Vecinidad, Thai restaurant Komol, and Balkan Bar and Grill.

After a successful run as a food truck concept, this brand is getting ready to make its debut in the brick-and-mortar space. Keep your eyes peeled for an opening in Suite D112 at 900 Karen Ave.
