The Happy Camper food menu opens with Happytizers like Goat Stix (bread sticks, served with goat cheese marinara), Jalapeño Homies (cream cheese, bacon, cheddar, tomato & a side of BBQ sauce) and Pulled Pork Nachos.

Pizzas come in familiar varieties like Pepperoni and Hawaiian, plus named varieties like the Peter (pepperoni, blackened chicken, bacon, red onions, cheddar & BBQ sauce) and the Lace (artichoke hearts, kalamata olives, spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, roasted garlic, feta, garlic & olive oil).

Happy Camper also serves up beer, wine, and cocktails like the Trailer Park Queen (tequila, PAMA, lime, soda & jalapeño) and the Big Ass Lemonade (32oz of vodka & pink lemonade).

What Now reached out on Tuesday to Happy Camper co-owner Josh Iachelli. Iachelli confirmed the existence of a planned Fashion Show Happy Camper location but declined to comment further on the project at this time.
