A daiquiri bar concept offering its drinks “with a shot of charm,” Purple Zebra Daiquiri Bar appears to be working on a new location at Harrah’s Laughlin Beach Resort & Casino. Building permit paperwork submitted recently to Clark County shows plans for a Purple Zebra project at the resort’s address, 2900 S Casino Drive.
“Named for a passage in the F. Scott Fitzgerald novel ‘This Side of Paradise,’ Purple Zebra calls to your adventurous side,” reads a description of the brand’s Linq location. “Order one of 8 fun flavors, or create your own yard drink blend to take with you.”
The Purple Zebra, which has locations at a number of Caesars properties in Las Vegas and beyond has offered its frozen beverages in flavors like Margarita, Watermelon, Lemon, and Pinã Colada.
Opening at Harrah’s Laughlin, Purple Zebra would be part of a food and drink and roster that includes Guy Fieri’s El Burro Borracho, The Range Steakhouse, Carnegie’s Cafe, Smashburger and more.
