A new taco spot is in the works not far from the Las Vegas Strip, at 7686 Las Vegas Blvd S, Suite 140. International Taco Company will open soon at that address, offering “Authentic Ingredients, Bold Flavors, and Taste Adventure Like No Other.”
No details on the menu are available yet, but the brand’s website invites you to “Taste The World, One Taco At A Time.” It sounds like a broad menu fusing a variety of ingredients and cuisines with the ever-versatile taco.
What Now reached out on Monday to Ash Mirchandani, one of the principals behind the project, to inquire about plans for International Taco Co. Mirchandani was not immediately available for comment.
Launching alongside East Robindale Road, International Taco Co. will join restaurants like the Black Bear Diner, Chaska Indian Restaurant and Bar, and The Bootlegger Italian Bistro.
