Loaded Empanadas Looks to Be Opening at Boca Park

Boca Park’s restaurant community appears to be adding a new empanada concept to the mix. Licensing paperwork submitted to the City of Las Vegas shows Loaded Empanadas opening at 750 S Rampart Blvd. Suite 15.

Loaded Empanadas has a website, although the address given on the paperwork does not appear to be listed there.

“Our Mission is simple, make you fall in love at first bite,” reads the website. “Loaded Empanadas is committed to delivering the highest Quality Empanadas, stuffed full of the finest ingredients and unique flavors, to make you say wow with every bite. That process starts with our Unique Dough Recipe, which creates a light, flaky, flavorful pocket to fill with mouthwatering ingredients. And last but not least is our unique combination of dipping sauces, each one chosen to properly compliment the flavors of each Loaded Empanada we’ve paired them with.”

Empanada varieties listed on the website include Sweet Melon (Loaded with Watermelon, Guava, Mint and Feta Cheese; served with sweet chile lime chimichurri sauce), Magic Mojo (Loaded with Mojo marinated pork, roasted corn, honey glazed carrot; served with spicy guava sauce), and Maze Balls (Loaded with Honey Sriracha Glaxed hand ground meatballs, Manchego Cheese, and Caramelized Onion; served with Sweet Chile Marinara Sauce).

What Now reached out to co-owner Anna Gomes to inquire about plans for a Boca Park opening. Gomes was not immediately available for comment, but What Now is awaiting more information.
