The hotel recently announced a new concept opening in the space formerly occupied by All-American Bar & Grill: Luckley Tavern & Grill, which will open at the Rio this May, according to recent coverage by the Las Vegas Review-Journal.

Opening adjacent to the casino floor, Luckley Tavern “draws on inspiration from traditional English pubs and taverns,” the coverage says, featuring “reimagined American classics ranging from lollipop-style buffalo wings and tuna ‘pizza’ to scallops Benedict and lobster pot pie to an ice cream sundae cart that pulls up tableside.”

Behind the concept is A Perfect Bite, Inc. a Las Vegas-based hospitality group that has produced brands like ¡Viva! By Ray Garcia, and was also behind the launch of Proper Eats Food Hall at Aria Las Vegas.

What Now reached to Oliver Wharton, founder of A Perfect Bite Inc., on Friday to ask about about Luckley Tavern’s menu and planned rollout. Wharton was not immediately available for comment.
