“The pizza category is doing really well right now,” Area Developer Pamela Billow told What Now Las Vegas in a Wednesday morning phone call, discussing the pizza chain’s consistent growth despite the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

“People don’t want to be dining out as much,” Billow said. “I’m not trying to pick on anybody, but if you order something from a burger place, when it gets to you, the bun is soggy. Unlike other sit-down restaurants whose menus weren’t necessarily designed for transport, pizza places have always been on a delivery model.”

Marco’s Pizza offers a variety of tasty pizza choices like the Pepperoni Magnifico (our signature Old World Pepperoni®, romesan seasoning, our original sauce and signature three cheeses) and the Hawaiian Chicken (Ham, grilled chicken, bacon, pineapple, our original sauce and signature three cheeses) as well as a build-your-own option. The menu also features sub sandwiches, salads, sides like Cheezybread and Chicken Dippers, and the chain’s branded Cinnasquares dessert. For guests looking to hold off on the carbs, crustless Pizza Bowls are also available.

“We make all our dough fresh from scratch daily,” Billow said. “Our sauce is a recipe from our founder, who was born in Italy. It’s a secret family recipe. Our cheese is fresh, never frozen. It’s a quality product.”

No opening date has been announced for the pizza chain’s 15th location, but Billow said two additional sites are also under contract.
