After a long delay, Miss Crepas, a new creperie opening on the southwest corner of the intersection between E Tropicana Ave and Spencer St, appears to be moving forward. Originally expected to open last summer, the brand has been largely incognito on social media since August, 2021. But permit paperwork filed with Clark County this week shows plans for more construction in suite 20 at 1175 E Tropicana Ave under the name Mis [sic] Crepas. The work will include architectural, structural, electric, mechanical, and plumbing work.

A menu on the creperie’s website depicts a number of scrumptious-looking sweet and savory crepes. These include the Miss Chicken Breast (Turkey ham, chicken breast, mushroom cream, bacon pieces, and mozzarella cheese) and the Miss Pepperoni Pizza (Pepperoni, spaghetti sauce, mozzarella cheese, and top with a leave of mint) on the savory side.

Sweet crepe offerings include the Miss Dulce Maria (“Marias” Cookies, whipped cream, vanilla ice cream, powder sugar, and strawberries) and the Miss Lucky Crepé (Lucky charms, whipped cream, vanilla ice cream. and Hersey’s chocolate).

It is unknown what changes might be made in the menu when the brick-and-mortar location opens. No date is currently available for opening. What Now Las Vegas was unable to reach owner Adriana Mendoza for comment on Wednesday.
