The Parlour Coffee and Cooking has become an instant hit since opening its first location at 616 E Carson Dr. #140 in Downtown Las Vegas. Offering a selection of coffee drinks, food offerings, and cocktails, the brand has built a following and is now preparing to leverage its increased business into a significant expansion, starting with a new location at 2110 E Flamingo Rd #106, set to open in January.

“This is a limited location serving the local area, within an office building. Limiting our menu,” the brand said of the Flamingo location in a recent Instagram post. “We are currently testing and tasting some unique items for this specific location. Each location will have unique items and our signatures of course.”

After opening on Flamingo, the brand has its sights set on a TBA location in Henderson, with an expected opening in the spring. Another location is also planned further into the future.

The Parlour’s DTLV location offers specialty coffee drinks like Bullet Espresso (unsalted butter, coconut oil, double espresso) and the Cookie Butter Latte (Italian Amaretto syrup, creamy foam whipped cream, cookies, double espresso) and cocktails like the Cold Brew Cabana (Puerto Rican rum, cold brew, banana liqueur, ginger bitters, vanilla). On the food side are sandwiches like The Benny Sandwich, a Smash Burger, and the Mc Sami (Maple pancake buns, sausage patty, American cheese, egg, served with hash browns and greens)—plus much more. It’s not yet known which items will carry over to subsequent locations.

Representatives of The Parlour were not immediately available for comment on Wednesday, but stay tuned for updates. In the meantime, you can follow @parlourlv on Instagram to keep up with this exciting local brand.
