The café will be open daily from 6:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., serving breakfast dishes like frittatas, avocado toasts, and parfaits, with lunch offerings like paninis, wraps, salads, skewers, and burrito dippers.

Co-owner and chef Keith Cluck confirmed the news in a phone call with What Now Las Vegas this afternoon. “Our motto is Fresh Food Fast,” he said.

Cluck is opening the restaurant together with business partner Eric Barela, a fellow longtime Vegas resident. “We’ve been here for twenty years,” Cluck said. “We wanted to have fresh food options in the area. No fried foods, nothing too greasy. We’re providing an alternative.”

The menu will also include deli-style salads like potato salad, broccoli salad, and pasta salad alongside beverage choices that include coffees, teas, and smoothies.

As the name suggests, Dip’s menu will pair most dishes with sauces and dips, offering a selection of salsa, guacamole, bruschetta and other toppings for your favorite dippables.

The location, previously occupied by a Subway, can be found at 6530 S Decatur Blvd #125. The interior has been renovated for a café feel, while keeping the functional floorplan.

Dip is working toward an opening in the second half of September.
