The retail center on the southeast corner of the intersection between West Russell Road and South Rainbow Boulevard will soon welcome a new Italian restaurant into its retail and restaurant community. Novella Restaurant will open at 6825 W Russell Road, according to licensing paperwork submitted recently to Clark County.
What Now confirmed news of the opening with owner Vahan Sedrakyan on Friday. Sedrakyan said Novella Restaurant will be an “Italian kitchen,” declining to make any further immediate comment on the restaurant.
Much is still unknown about Novella Restaurant’s menu offerings, projected opening timeline, and overall brand profile.
Opening in the retail center at Russell and Rainbow, Novella Restaurant will join a food, drink, and entertainment community that includes Grinds 2 Da Max, Cloud 9 Hookah Lounge, and Illumi-Latte Brew Society (which is marked “temporarily closed” Google maps.”
