The restaurant will serve all-day brunch with typical American plates and Asian fusion dishes, said Yuree Oh, a restaurant manager that works for the owner Kyusang Tommy Yoo

Oh said that Yoo also owns Tomi Ramen, located in the same shopping center where Bespoke Kitchen will open.

“We love this location,” Oh said. “We love this area. We wanted to do something to attract more people during the lunch hour.”

She said that the hope is to open Bespoke Kitchen within the month. They are still waiting on some final permits for the space.
