With three locations in New York, Instagram-famous Florentine sandwich shop All’Antico Vinaio is at work on a Las Vegas location. All’Antico Vinaio will open at Uncommons Las Vegas in 2024.

Sandwiches available at the brand’s New York locations include La Favolosa (Salame toscana, pecorino cream, artichoke cream, spicy eggplant), L’Inferno (Porchetta, nduja cream, grilled vegetables, arugula), and La Toscana (Salame toscana, pecorino toscano, truffle honey).
