Restauranteur Nick Mathers and his Wish You Were Here Group bring Kassi Beach House, a “European style restaurant and lounge with Coastal Italian and Greek influences, poolside at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas.” The venue will provide a decadent coastal Italian menu, a full bar, and DJ lineups that will transport you to the “party lifestyle inspired by the laidback trattorias & tavernas found amongst the Mediterranean islands.”
The coastal Italian-inspired restaurant will offer delectable brunch, dinner, and desserts menus from Executive Chef Josh Stockton. For a starter, enjoy the Grilled Octopus (hearts of palm, red onion, celery, tangerine, olive & caper vinaigrette) before moving on to the breaded and pan fried Veal Milanese (arugula, cherry tomatoes, brown butter vinaigrette), and finishing with a sweet-tooth-satisfying Tiramisu (espresso dipped ladyfingers, mascarpone, cacao, marsala wine). As for a nightcap, treat yourself to one of their signature slushies like the Amalfi Slushie (cazadores blanco, lime, watermelon, pineapple) or a classic hand-crafted cocktail like The Gatsby (roku gin, vermouth, yellow chartreuse).
Guests will be able to wine and dine in heavenly spaces at Kassi Beach House, from the “intimate booth in the secluded Rattan Room, lounging on the patio, sun-bathing from one of Kassi Beach House’s private VIP day beds or overlooking the lively social scene in a cabana.”
Kassi House Party, a locals-friendly night, will offer half off pastas, select liquor brands and featured cocktails beginning June 2nd and repeating weekly on Wednesdays. On Fridays, beginning June 4th, Kassi Beach House will serve $10 cocktails and $15 pizzas during its Aperitivo Hour from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Paradise is just a hop, skip, and a jump away. Kassi Beach House will be open seven days a week for brunch from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and dinner from 3 p.m. until late. And don’t miss out on the daily bottomless rosé Fleur de Mer Cotes de Provence Rosé from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Kassi Beach House, appropriately located at 4455 Paradise Road, opens to the public on May 29th at the all-new Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, part of the Curio Collection by Hilton.
