After twelve years operating at Planet Hollywood’s Miracle Mile Shops, PBR Rock Bar & Grill has announced that it is closing its doors. On Monday, owner and local restaurateur Jonathan Fine announced the news in a post on the restaurant’s Facebook page, saying he was “heartbroken” that two years of negotiations had not resulted in a deal with Miracle Mile that would allow the restaurant to continue in its current space.

“After 12 successful years of constant growth with an incredible staff and happy customers, the landlord has determined a Country Americana brand is not a ‘fit’ for them at this time,” wrote Fine.

PBR Rock Bar has served breakfast, lunch, and dinner plus cocktails, offering breakfast dishes like Breakfast Pizza (scrambled eggs, mozzarella and cheddar cheese, salsa roja, bacon bits, sausage, tater tots and pico de gallo); sandwiches like the Triple Turkey Club and the Smoke Brisket BBQ Sandwich; and entrees like the Salmon Dinner with roasted veggies in a lemon herb sauce and Fish & Chips.

The restaurant is in the process of securing another location and does plan on opening its doors once more.

“We are currently relocating on The Strip and look forward to the future of PBR Rock Bar & Grill as we transition away from the Miracle Mile Shops,” Fine wrote. “Thank you all for your years of support and loyalty. We can’t wait to see you again soon.”

Stay tuned for updates as PBR Rock Bar & Grill searches for a new home.
