“River Rock offers a dynamic variety of flavors in its pizzas, pastas, and other main courses,” said Darin Yunek, VP & General Manager of Arizona Charlie’s. “The restaurant takes pride in preparing everything fresh in-house, including marinara, pomodoro, cream and Parmesan and garlic white sauce. It’s an invitation to indulge in casual Italian cuisine while enjoying a timeless cocktail or a refreshing glass of wine.”

The restaurant will open in a 2,250-square-foot space at the resort, with dining-room and bar seating for a total of 114 guests.

“You’ll feel the rebellious spirit of rock music in the air, with rustic elements and eye-catching touches such as walls decked out with records from rock legends, iconic song lyrics and classic album covers,” said Yunek. “It’s a fun and energetic spot for guests to gather, enjoy delicious Italian food and listen to upbeat rock music.”

On the menu, expect signature and build-your-own Neapolitan style pizzas, along with appetizers, salads, and Italian pasta dishes. Main courses include shrimp and capellini with scampi-style shrimp and angel hair pasta, tossed with a flavorful house-made Pomodoro sauce; red wine-braised short ribs served with cavatelli pasta, roasted wild mushrooms, and fresh herbs; and the grilled New York marsala, a thinly sliced New York steak topped with braised onions, mushrooms, bacon, and a rich marsala wine sauce.
